Duty Crew

Duty Crew members of MTFR are active firefighters. Duty Crew members are asked to provide a minimum of 16 hours of duty time a month, but many members provide much more than that. Duty Crew members help supplement our career staffing when it is convenient for them.  Duty Crew members use our career staffing schedule to see when personnel are needed to help keep staffing minimums or make extra fire apparatus available for service. As with any other member, Duty Crew members are provided the same training that is available to any other member
